Terms and conditions for use of the Clapham Park Project (CPP) website

Clapham Park Project website is reffered to as ‘we’ below. In entering our site as a user ‘you’ are accepting our terms and conditions.

CPP may change these terms from time to time and so you should check them regularly. Your continued use of CPP website will be deemed acceptance of the updated or amended terms.

Using CPP Website

CPP's website is maintained for your personal use and viewing. The access and use of CPP's site featuring these terms and conditions constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. They take effect from the date on which you first use this website.

CPP welcomes and encourages other websites to link to the information that is hosted on these pages.  You do not have to ask permission to link but we can provide wording and linking graphics.

Links on CPP will lead to other websites which are not under our control. We are not responsible for the content of any linked site. Listing and linking should not be taken as an endorsement of any kind and we accept no liability in respect of the content. We cannot guarantee that these links will work all of the time and have no control over the availability of the linked pages.

Contributions to the CPP website

By sharing any contribution (including any text, photographs, graphics, video or audio) with CPP you agree to grant to CPP, free of charge, permission to use the material in any way it wants (including modifying and adapting it for operational and editorial reasons).

Copyright in your contribution will remain with you and this permission is not exclusive, so you can continue to use the material in any way including allowing others to use it.

In order that CPP can use your contribution, you confirm that your contribution is your own original work, is not defamatory and does not infringe any UK laws, that you have the right to give CPP permission to use it for the purposes specified above, and that you have the consent of anyone who is identifiable in your contribution or the consent of their parent / guardian if they are under 16.
