| Supporting Older People |
 |
The Clapham Park Luncheon and Social Club continues to attract 30-40 members on a monthly basis, whilst the Clapham Park Coffee Morning attracts 26 residents on a weekly basis. Both forums are opportunities for people over 50 to meet their neighbours, socialise and receive information from local service providers like the PCT, Age Concern, Help the Aged and Clapham Park Homes.
The Luncheon Club has applied to the Bridge House Trust (with the support of the Community Development team) in order to sustain its activities after NDC funding runs out. The Community Development team is continuing to work with the Coffee Morning to consider how this activity could also be made sustainable.
